Callout Key

Full 4-digit UTC time — write the full time (HHMM) on your very first entry, and again any time the hour changes (e.g. 1423, then 1501 when the hour rolls over).
Minutes only — within the same hour, just write the two-digit minutes (e.g. 31, 47, 52). The app fills in the hour automatically.
First entry: write band, freq & mode — always fill these in on your opening QSO so the app knows where to start.
Changed band, freq, or mode? — write the new value in that cell only. Leave the others blank if they didn't change. The app carries forward whatever was last written.
Park-to-Park (P2P) — if the station you worked is also activating a park, write their POTA reference (e.g. K-5678) in the Their Park column. Leave blank otherwise.
